The study aimed to identify (the impact of consensus strategy on locating in developing language communication skills for fifth-grade primary students), and this study was identified with a sample of fifth-grade primary students in the schools of the Baghdad Governorate Directorate Rusafa / third for the first semester (2019- 2020) The researcher adopted the experimental curriculum, and intentionally chose (Al-Waeli Primary School for Boys), as he is a teacher in the same school, and the school included two divisions of the fifth elementary grade students, and by random drawing, the researcher chose Division A to represent the experimental group, while she represented Division (B) The control group, and the research sample reached (60) students, (30) students in the experimental group, and (30) students in the control group.

To achieve the goal of the research, the researcher has determined the topics of the scientific subject and prepared a test that measures communication skills, in addition to formulating cognitive goals, and preparing teaching plans for it based on the strategy (consensus on locating).

After applying the test and monitoring the results and statistically treating them through the use of the T-test, it was clear that the following: There is a statistically significant difference between the average scores of the students of the two research groups, and for the benefit of the experimental group students in the post-test (communication skills), the results also indicated Effectiveness (unanimous positioning strategy) in developing communication skills for the benefit of the experimental group.

In light of this, the researcher put a set of recommendations, and Ipropose to conduct subsequent studies to complete the research.
