The study aimed to know the effect of a proposed educational program based on the integration between the strategies of mental maps and the circular house in the development of information processing skills for students of the fourth grade scientific material physics, and to achieve the goal of research has been formulated the following hypothesis zero: -There is no statistically significant difference at the significance level (0.05) between the average grades of the experimental group students who are studying according to the proposed educational program and the average grades of the control group students who are studying the traditional method in testing the information processing skills.

The present research has been limited to the fourth grade students in the preparatory schools in the education of Baghdad governorate / Rusafa II - the education of the eastern Baghdad.

The researcher used the experimental design of a research community consisting of the fourth grade students, where the junior high (Ibn Khaldoun boys) was chosen intentionally to represent the research sample, and two sections were randomly selected one representing the experimental group and the other control, the number of students of the research sample (60) students By (30) students for both the experimental and control group and the equivalence of the two groups was verified through a number of variables having an effect on the dependent variable, the researcher built his research tool which was a test to measure the information processing skills consisting of (15) paragraphs, each skill (5) paragraphs Checksums of the pans type, and for Results Data were statistically processed using two independent samples (T-test).

The results showed that the experimental group students were superior to those of the control group .In light of the research results, the researcher made a number of recommendations and suggestions.
