English Abstract

The aim of the current research is to determine the degree of possession of knowledge economy skills for the faculty of the College of Mixed Education - University of Kufa from their point of view, in light of some demographic variables.

To achieve the goal of the research, the researcher used the descriptive approach and the research community included all faculty members in the College of Mixed Education, University of Kufa, morning study, Their number is (70) teachers, (73.54) males and (26.46) females In order for the researcher to determine the knowledge-economics skills needed for faculty members in the College of Mixed Education, she prepared the research tool, which is a (questionnaire), after reviewing the studies, research and literature that dealt with knowledge economy skills, and to verify the validity of the tool and the psycho-metric properties of the scale, the researcher extracted the validity Al Dhaheri, by presenting it to a group of (11) experts The stability was extracted by the half-segmentation method using the Pearson correlation coefficient, then the correlation was corrected using the Spearman Brown equation.

The reliability was also calculated using the Alpha Cronbach equation, so the questionnaire in its final form consisted of (35) skills distributed in (6) domains.

The researcher used many appropriate statistical methods for the purpose of the research, and the statistical operations were carried out using the statistical program (Spss.) And the program Excel 2010).

The results showed the following: The degree of possession of the faculty members at the College of Mixed Education in the skills of knowledge economy was high.
