The current research aim to: Preparation of educational units according to the Barman model to improving volleyball skill and offensive tactics performance' for students, Identify the effect of using Barman model associated with the visual presentation in volleyball skill and offensive tactics performance' for students, and Identify the preference of the effect of using Barman model associated with the visual presentation and followed model strategy volleyball skill and offensive tactics performance' for students.

However, the researcher used the experimental approach (Equal groups design) with pre and post-tests.

The research population involved the students of the fourth stage in the college of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Karbala for the academic year (2018-2019), totaling (85) students, and the main sample of the research was (24) students, as (12) students represented the experimental group and (12) students represented the control group.

Nevertheless, the research results Showed: The research groups (control and experimental) have achieved a development in the variables of the study (volleyball skill and offensive tactics performance' for students), but at different rates, with preponderance of the experimental group, which used the Barman model associated with the visual presentation, compared with the control group that used the traditional method adopted by the teacher.
