English Abstract

The aim of this research is to know the effect of the strategies of thinking and the cyclic succession in the reading comprehension of the students in the fifth grade of primary.

To achieve the goal of the research, the researchers followed the experimental approach to suit their research conditions and selected a sample of 60 students divided into three groups, one control, After the experiment was completed, the researchers prepared a test of reading comprehension (30) of the objective tests.

After applying the test on the research sample and analyzing the results statistically, it became clear that the two experimental groups were superior to the group In the reading comprehension test.
