English Abstract

The aim of the current research is to identify the level of psychological alienation and motivation for achievement among female students of the kindergarten department, as well as to identify the significance of the differences according to a variable (the first stage - the fourth stage) and the relationship between psychological alienation and the impulse of achievement among female students.

According to the definition of (Shuqair 2005), the number of paragraphs of the scale in its final form was (32), distributed into four areas, while the measure of achievement motivation was built on the basis of (Murray's) theory, as the number of its final paragraphs reached (28) paragraphs distributed into four areas.

Its psychometric properties were ascertained and the tool was applied to the research sample, as the sample consisted of (400) students divided into two stages (first - fourth) students, who were randomly selected from the kindergarten department students in (College of Education for Girls, University of Baghdad, and the University College of Basic Education.

Al-Mustansiriya) for the academic year 2019-2020 In light of the objectives of the current research, the following results were reached: 1-The current research sample of female students in the kindergarten department has moderate degree of psychological alienation 2-There are no differences between female students in the kindergarten department in psychological alienation according to the grade variable (first – fourth ( 3- The current research sample of female kindergarten students has a motivation for achievement 4-There are differences between female students in the kindergarten department in motivation to accomplish according to the grade variable (first - fourth) and in favor of fourth grade students 5-There is a statistically significant correlation relationship between psychological alienation and achievement motivation (inverse relationship) for female students in the kindergarten department
