Abstract EN

The research aims to identify the psychological stress values of swimmers in Sulaymaniyahcity, identify the values of future anxiety among swimmers in Sulaymaniyahcity,and identify the type of relationship that may appear between psychological pressure and future anxiety among swimmers.

Sulaymaniyah, which consists of (60) swimmers, and they represent the research sample.

The main experiment was applied to them, and the researcher used the psychological stress lists and scale previously prepared in the field of sports psychology and prepared a scale that meets the purpose to measure future anxiety among swimmers in Sulaymaniyah city.

Sound scientific procedures in building standards.

The researcher also surveyed the opinions of some specialists in the field of sports psychology and swimming sport by presenting it to the experts in order to identify the suitability of these factors to measure the psychological pressure and future anxiety of swimmers.

An exploratory experiment was conducted on (2/15/2021).

By distributing the two scales to a sample consisting of (12) swimmers from outside the research community, and after conducting the main experiment and applying the two scales together, and distributing the questionnaire form on (3/9/2021), the statistical treatments were carried out and the researcher reached several conclusions.

Building a measure of psychological anxiety for swimming players.

There is a strong correlation between psychological stress and future anxiety among swimming players in the Sulaymaniyahcity clubs.
