Abstract EN

The research aims to identify the degree of obstacles to the practice of the game of five-a-side football among students of physical education at the University of Maysan.

2019 until February 17, 2020.

Whereas, the researcher used the descriptive approach in the survey method for its suitability to the nature of the research.

The research sample included (90) female students from the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, and they were selected in a systematic random manner using the registration lists for each department.

The program was used The statistician (SPSS) to treat statistical data, that the main obstacles to the non-participation of female students from practicing (closed halls) inside the college campus are due to social and technical reasons and the encouragement of faculty members at the University of Maysan College of Physical Education to practice five-football for students.
