The grammatical factor is considered one of the important issues that accompanied Arabic grammar emergence.
Abdullah Bn Abi Ishaq Al-Hadhram (177 H.A) concerned with this issue.But the Book of Sibawyah (180 H.A) is considered the first logbook that included the clear lines of this theory.
This paper aims basically to search the Factor Theory at Abi Alfateh Othman Jini (392 H.A) In light of Iraqi modern schoolars, and identifying the new information added by this scientist to this theory, and did Ibn Jini supersed this theort
