Abstract EN

The aim of the current research is to evaluate training courses held by the Salahuddin Governorate Education Directorate for teachers of science and its information.

After applying the tool to the research sample and processing the data, the results of the research showed that the courses have a role or positive impact that is statistically significant in developing and developing the teaching skills of teachers and teachers, as the results showed that the highest skill developed was the skill of explanation, followed by the skill of formulating questions and guiding students.

In the light of the results of the research, the researcher developed a set of conclusions, recommendations and proposals.
