Abstract EN

The study hypothesizes there is an effective relationship between the general budgets and the trading scales in some selected countries.

To achieve this hypothesis the study aims at analyzing the economical l variables in selected countries like (Egypt) during the period between (1990-2018) to discover the effects of the financial failure in the level of the economic activity due to the deficiency in the outcomes on the oil affairs on a large scale instead of searching for other resources.

The delay in the investments of the extra finance in the days of the increase of the oil prices in distributing the nonoil resources and ignoring the special issues in economic life.

The results show that there is a one side effect in the general budgets towards the failure in the reading scales in Egypt, while in Egypt the study has concluded that there is a mutual effect relation of two ways between the failure in the general budgets and the trading scales.
