Abstract EN

The subject of existential beauty is one of the topics that preoccupied most Sufis by trying to find a link between the aesthetic experience and the Islamic reverence, as it is one of the foundations on which the Sufis depended in their mystical and aesthetic experience.

This experience presented by Jalaluddin Al-Roumi in his theses on Islamic ritualism as an authentic experience linked to his ontological stance, which centered on man, and the manifestation of the divine beauty in his existence and how to perceive this beauty and know its truth.

This matter also presented by Ibn Arabi in his aesthetic experience, which basically came from his mystical experience, in the circle of divine beauty.

This is why beauty represents an internal experience that controls the course of his experience and the mystical aesthetic, justifying his experience in Quranic texts and noble prophetic hadiths.

And an emphasis on the subject of the divine revelation in the human soul, and whoever God loves him I see are indications of his power.

From here we find the tyranny of the Islamic character of both Jalaluddin al-Rumi and Ibn Arabi in their intellectual productions, and this is what we find clearly in their approach to the topic of beauty and its manifestations in the universe and man.
