The current study aimed to identify the extent to which secondary school teachers possess styles of thinking according to the Sternberg model and their relationship to the creative personality.

The research sample consisted of (200) teachers who were randomly selected from secondary schools.

Wagner 1991) in its short form, translation and codification (Muhammad Abu Hashem, Al-Sayed, 2008) after confirming the psychometric properties of the list was applied to the study sample.
