The research aims to identify the effect of mental and motor exercises in fitness among middle school students in the Directorate of Education, Baghdad, the first Rusafa.

Where the researcher used the experimental approach to implement the exercises of playing in different areas of the stadium in a manner of mental perception and field application, due to its relevance and the nature of the research.

The community and the research sample were identified from the students of the first Rusafa education, represented by Barada School specifically, and the sample included 80 students from the second stage, where 4 students were excluded from the injury, 3 students did not want to participate, and 3 students did not possess the required physical structure, where the researcher used 10 students for the exploratory experiment from outside the main research sample Thus, the research sample consists of 60 players from the second stage of Barada intermediate school for the academic year 2019-2020.

The training curriculum used in the research had a positive effect by raising the level of school sports.

The researcher used the statistical method to verify the integrity of the results, as the results of the research show that mental training has an effect in raising the level of skill performance for beginners motor mental training works to develop the level of agility for beginners.

The training curriculum prepared by the researcher was regular and worked on developing agility and through the results reached by the researcher recommends attention to training the beginners of age groups to provide sports with building a strong foundation for future interest in school sports and giving skilled and physical training as a basis for the emergence of athletesFocus of trainers attention on giving mental and motor exercises Common during training is important for the performance of skills
