This study aimed to identify the reality of the application of total quality management in higher education institutions in the State of Kuwait, by addressing the definition of the concept of total quality and its management in higher education institutions, the application of total quality management in higher education institutions in light of the experiences of some countries, and finally the reality of applying Total quality management in higher education institutions in the State of Kuwait.

The study found the importance of awareness of the philosophy of total quality and its effective role in improving the quality of the educational process
