States have different adoption of the mechanism for monitoring the constitutionality of laws, which prohibits this explicitly, as in the Belgian Constitution of 1831, including those who follow the mechanism of monitoring the constitutionality of laws, whether political or judicia.

Like other countries, Algeria relies on the mechanism of monitoring the constitutionality of laws in their political manner.

The constitutional founder, through our reading of successive Algerian constitutions, tried to keep pace with the development of constitutional justice every time.

This is clear to us through the constitutional amendment 2016, which adopted many ideas about the structure of the Constitutional Council by expanding its members, the conditions to be available and functioning, and the inclusion of modern methods of censorship by expanding the risk authorities and granting individuals the right to challenge the constitutionality of laws.

All this is in order to respect rights and freedoms and to build the rule of law.
