This research is a study to identify the water and electricity projects in the west bank since the British Mandate for Palestine until the Israeli occupation in 1967.

As well as the conflict resolution projects and the causes for their failure, under the support of the British and United States which Causes overcome the water rights and electricity networks in Palestine.

The research also focused on the project of diversion of Jordan river and the steps to complete it under the support of the British and US for Israel.
