English Abstract

Talking about human rights is a constant talk.

It is a talk about principles and frameworks that preserve human life, preserve his dignity, respect his humanity, open the way for him to creative creativity, and push him to move forward.

The Holy Qur'an eloquently clarifies the dignity of man and his consideration of the creation that God honored and his angels prostrated to him.

These verses organized successive scenes of the series of human creation and his future life (the origin and the exit, and And return) began the will of the divine creativity in a new creature, and inform the public of this great Top modern (Taking your Lord said to the angels, I create man from clay from black mud, if Ssuyth and breathed into him of my soul Vqawa him prostrate).

He said: There is the acquisition of the first knowledge about the civilized lifestyle with palaces, rivers and all kinds of dazzling through entering heaven, and in it all the manifestations of civilization that will later give man the ability to invent its likenessesParadise and each of it will be abundant, wherever you will, and do not approach this tree, so we will be known from the oppressors, or from the people of the East.

The nature of the research necessitated that it be divided into a preface in which we dealt with the limits of terminology, linguistically and idiomatically, and the first topic studied the types of non-Muslims in Islamic countries and their duties, and the second topic studied the rights of non-Muslims according to scientific investigations by benefiting from the books of the Qur'anic miracles and books of interpretation, as well as studies that focused on issues of sociology.
