A country in southern Africa has not received the same attention as the Republic of South Africa, because of its distinguished importance that warrants its study.

On the racist side, the white settlers in South Africa had created the oldest and most persistent racist regimes on the African continent, and this system was able to overcome most of the crises it had faced since the establishment of the South African Union in 1910.

In economic terms, this country is a major and strategic storehouse for many important minerals, especially gold and diamonds, so it has become a place of competition and conflict between the great powers.

Once the white elements dominated the industrial and investment field in South Africa, they applied the racist system in a disgraceful manner to the non-white elements, despite the fact that the Africans were the backbone of the economic field, and the application of this system appeared largely in the industrial field and in the field of Wages, technical education, jobs, and public services.

The application of this system was strictly seen in the field of trade unions, so that the African could not find any representative defending his rights and demands in the industrial field.
