This research entitled (Excessive Intolerance as a Fatal Charge in Justice Preventing Testimony and Testimony) deals with an aspect of the jurists' position towards excessive fanaticism that is considered one of the factors of growing hatred, hostility and extremism harmful to the security and stability of societies As many Muslim jurists counted the character of intolerance, which results in harmful aggressive behavior, a flagrant charge in the justice of the witness, which prevents him from giving evidence in his legal testimony in its place if we know that justice is considered one of the most important conditions for giving testimony in the Islamic judiciary in addition to other conditions, In this study I also sought to clarify what is related to the jurisprudence of the jurists regarding preventing the judge from installing him to testify witnesses (amendment or defamation) from that testimony in the event that his intolerance is proven and the result of this intolerance of behavior that includes favoritism and inclination in favor of the party that is fanatic, or injustice and injustice For those who oppose it, the statement that prohibiting testimony or endorsement from proving its excessive nervousness is in line with the prohibition and prohibition of intolerance leading to harm to others and support for the oppressor and cooperation on sin and aggression and the negative impact on civil peace and the stability of societies and states.

It divided this research into three topics and a conclusion.
