Abstract EN

The violence and fanaticism are very wide social phenomena in all the societies.

Their negative impact is not limited to individuals only but also to all society as well.

Since the present research has a relation with the Arabic society، those phenomena affect on the Arabic society in away or in another and on the political system.

These phenomena affect important fields of life like religion، ethics and social relations of the Arabic state which faced failure.

This Arabic state faced the dissolution of the Arabic national security system which led the enemies to ne stronger than the countries politically and military.
