In this research, I dealt with the effects of the client, the agent and others, and considered the many contracts in the modern era which were not previously known, and that the contract of the agency is distinguished from other contracts of a special legal nature in the effects it enjoys.
We examined it through a statement of the relationship between the parties to the agency contract, The agent and the third party and the obligations arising from the contract of the Agency and the sense of economic developments.
The study was created until it is affected that the contract of the Agency is a consensual contract to which the general addition of contracts applies.
These contracts entail reciprocal obligations between the parties to the contract.
The governor should pay the money of the client to the man's usual care.
And the most important directives not to allow the client to bypass the borders of the agency so as not to harm others
