This research sought to uncover the semantic correlation between anger and the expressions that were interpreted by it in Lisan al-Arab by Ibn Manzur, d.

(711 AH).

This is done by finding the semantic connections and relationships shared between anger and the expressions it has interpreted.

The research material required the study of these words within the framework of the semantic field theory on the grounds that the semantic field consists of a group of words whose semantics are related, and joined together by common semantic components, and then placed under a general name that unites them.

In this research we concluded that all the expressions that came to be explained by anger in the Lisan Al-Arab dictionary have been associated with anger in one of its various features that appear on the angry, some of which are associated with anger with the way the angry is, and some are associated with it with intensity, intensity and strength, or with anger.

The emergency of anger, including other expressions associated with anger with the turmoil of the anger that results in ferment, boiling and outbursts; The will of evil and revenge on the one who is angry with him, in addition to fullness and swelling, lightness and speed, and so on, which exposes the angry to his anger.
