Given that these rights are related to the right to a sacred defense, and the concern of these legislations came with the rights of the lawyer by dividing them into two groups, The first dealt with the lawyer's professional rights, which guarantee him freedom and independence in practicing the works of his profession in a way that reflects the due respect for the legal profession.

As for the second group, it dealt with the financial rights of the lawyer, which provides him with a decent life in a way that suits his social status.

Among the most important of these rights that a lawyer enjoys is his right to practice law, his right to accept or reject the agency, his right to be treated with due respect for the legal profession, and his right to see everything related to his work before trusting, And his right to see everything related to his work before trust, and his right to provide legal advice and his right to obtain the financial compensation that suits his effort.
