The educational system in Iraq has not lived up to the level of peer systems that are compatible with what education technologies have reached at the present time, and that rely on teaching methods that adopt a self-thinking generation to deal with its problems, and the curricula have not been directed to meet the requirements of the work environment, hence the importance of the current research as education is The basis of the renaissance, as it is a basic pillar in building a modern, educated state based on new developed thinking and community participation.

The research aims to identify the reality of the education / path and the challenges and to achieve the objectives of the research.

The social survey approach was adopted, by selecting a sample consisting of (100 respondents) from multiple positions in the educational sector, some of which are executive administrative positions and others are professional educational positions, and by using the questionnaire and interview tool to obtain the data necessary for the purpose of analyzing and interpreting them.

Note that applying the questionnaire and conducting the research included pre-university stages.
