It is proven that the closure of schools and universities leaves its negative effects on pupils and students from many psychological, behavioral and educational perspectives, but the most dangerous thing is that it enhances the possibility of school dropout later, threatening the future of this segment.

The school and university, with what they require of discipline, are practicing the process of inculcating new habits in their souls, and thus helping them to respond to systemic and social considerations first and secondly, which have a great influence on their behavior.

In any case, it was clear during this approach that the required infrastructure is not available in many countries with weak economies and is available elsewhere, as the education, process requires these qualified human elements and the technical means required for success.
