The scientific research of any state is its real capital, which determines its strength and position among the countries, as it became a necessity of contemporary life and a fundamental requirement of the development of society and achieve comprehensive development.
Algeria, like other countries, is aware of the role of scientific research and its importance in imposing its presence and determining its position.
Some of the laboratories and scientific research centers affiliated to this, but this is indicative of the tangible efforts by the state to create advanced scientific research fields, but at the same time, there are many obstacles that limit the process of this development in scientific research.

La recherche scientifique de tout État est son véritable capital, qui détermine sa force et sa position parmi les pays, car elle est devenue une nécessité de la vie contemporaine et une exigence fondamentale du développement de la société et de la réalisation du développement global.
L'Algérie, à l'instar d'autres pays, est consciente du rôle de la recherche scientifique et de son importance pour imposer sa présence et déterminer sa position.
Certains des laboratoires et des centres de recherche scientifiques qui y sont affiliés indiquent les efforts tangibles déployés par l’État pour créer des domaines de recherche scientifique avancés, mais de nombreux obstacles limitent le processus de développement de la recherche scientifique.
