This study aimed to measure the effect of social responsibility in achieving competitive advantage in Al- Manaseer Group in Jordan, the sample of the study is 250 workers, and it’s adopted the analytical descriptive approach, and to achieve the study objectives , the researcher put a set of questions and hypotheses, for collecting and analyzing data, the study tool (questionnaire) which consist of 35 items was distributed to the study population, after that data were collected and analyzed, a set of descriptive and inferential statistical methods were used to analyze data and test hypothesis.
The study reached several results, and the most important are the following: * Al- Manaseer Group in Jordan applies social responsibility in a high degree.
*There is a statistically significant impact at (a≤0.05) for social responsibility and its dimensions (charitable responsibility, moral responsibility, legal responsibility, economic responsibility) in achieving competitive advantage with its dimensions (efficiency, merit, scarcity, sustainability) in Al- Manaseer Group in Jordan.
The researcher made several recommendations, and the most important are: -Al-Manaseer Group in Jordan should continue applying social responsibility because of its great impact on achieving competitive advantage.
-Working to develop the concept of competitive advantage by spreading and consolidating the concept of social responsibility among workers.
-Increasing the attention to social responsibility to help the group's management in excellence, because of its impact in completing tasks faster, raising the profits level, survival and real competition.
-The researcher recommends conducting other studies related to social responsibility and its impact on the services quality.
