Abstract EN

The study aims to identify the styles of administrative leadership and to identify the extent of their impact on gaining the trust and cooperation of employees and enhancing their administrative creativity.

The problem of the study was to determine the style of leadership that is appropriate with the nature of the organization and make it capable of instilling administrative creativity among employees and to achieve competition and adapt to external changes.

The study problem was formulated in the following main question: What is the relationship between administrative leadership and the development of creative abilities of employees? The descriptive approach was used.

(SPSS) program was implemented .

The study was applied to 150 administrative leaders, randomly selected.

The study reached conclusions that agreed on the fact that the application of participatory leadership leads to the achievement of administrative creativity in organizations and thus their success and continuation.

Several recommendations were presented, the most important of which is that Organizations and universities should avoid authoritarian leadership styles that limit creative thinking.
