Arabic Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى بيان أثر ذكاء الأعمال على إدارة الأزمات في البنوك التجارية الأردنية في مدينة عمان، حيث تكون مجتمع الدراسة من كافة العاملين في البنوك التجارية الأردنية في مدينة عمان وعددها (4) وتمت الدراسة على البنوك التجارية التالية : بنك الاتحاد الأردني، و بنك القاهرة عمان، و بنك الأردن، و البنك الأهلي الأردني، أما عينة الدراسة فقد شملت كافة الموظفين العاملين في الإدارتين العليا و الوسطى في كل من بنك الاتحاد الأردني، و بنك القاهرة عمان، و بنك الأردن، و البنك الأهلي الأردني، و الذين تم اختيارهم بشكل عشوائي والبالغ عددهم (419) فرداً.

و لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الكمي (الوصفي التحليلي) من خلال العديد من الأساليب الإحصائية أبرزها تحليل الانحدار المتعدد.

و قد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج أبرزها وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لذكاء الاعمال بأبعاده المجتمعة الذكاء التنافسي جمع وتحليل البيانات كفاية التقنيات الاستراتيجية، إدارة أداء الأعمال) عند مستوى دلالة احصائية على إدارة الازمات في البنوك التجارية في مدينة عمان.

و وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية للذكاء الاعمال بأبعاده المجتمعة (الذكاء التنافسي، جمع و تحليل البيانات، كفاية التقنيات الاستراتيجية) عند مستوى دلالة احصائية على استشعار إشارات الإنذار في البنوك التجارية في مدينة عمان.

و وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لذكاء الاعمال بأبعاده المجتمعة (الذكاء التنافسي، إدارة أداء الأعمال عند مستوى دلالة احصائية على الاستعداد لحدوث الأزمة في البنوك التجارية في مدينة عمان و وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لذكاء الاعمال بأبعاده المجتمعة (جمع وتحليل البيانات، كفاية التقنيات الاستراتيجية) عند مستوى دلالة إحصائية على احتواء الأضرار (الاستجابة) في البنوك التجارية في مدينة عمان.

و وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لذكاء الاعمال بأبعاده المجتمعة (الذكاء التنافسي، جمع و تحليل البيانات، كفاية التقنيات الاستراتيجية، إدارة أداء الأعمال) عند مستوى دلالة احصائية على استعادة النشاط في البنوك التجارية في مدينة عمان.

و وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لذكاء الاعمال بأبعاده المجتمعة (الذكاء التنافسي، كفاية التقنيات الاستراتيجية عدد مستوى دلالة احصائية على التعلم من الأزمة في البنوك التجارية في مدينة عمان.

و في ضوء النتائج أوصت الدراسة بـ ضرورة الاهتمام بالتعديلات على كافة الخدمات المقدمة للعملاء من قبل البنوك التجارية في مدينة عمان و ذلك لتحقيق المزيد من فوائد استخدام ذكاء الاعمال.

English Abstract

This study aimed to demonstrate the impact of business intelligence on crisis management in Jordanian commercial banks in the city of Amman, where the study population consisted of all workers in Jordanian commercial banks in the city of Amman.

The study was conducted on the following commercial banks: Union Bank of Jordan, Cairo Amman Bank, Bank of Jordan, and Al-Ahli Bank of Jordan.

As for the study sample, it included all the employees working in the upper and middle departments in each of the Union Bank of Jordan, Cairo Amman Bank, Bank of Jordan, and Jordan National Bank, and who were randomly selected (419) individuals.

To achieve the objectives of the study, the quantitative (descriptive and analytical) method was used through many statistical methods; the most notable was the multiple regression analysis.

The study reached some the results, the most notable of which is the existence of a statistically significant effect of business intelligence in its combined dimensions (competitive intelligence, data collection and analysis, adequacy of strategic techniques, business performance management) at a statistical significance level on crisis management in commercial banks in Amman.

and the existence of a statistically significant effect of business intelligence in its combined dimensions (competitive intelligence, data collection , and analysis, adequacy of strategic techniques) at a statistical significance level on sensing of warning signals in commercial banks in the city of Amman, in addition to the existence of a significant effect.

Statistical business intelligence with its combined dimensions (competitive intelligence, business performance management) at a level of statistical significance on readiness for the occurrence of a crisis in commercial banks in the city of Amman.

In addition to the existence of a statistically significant effect of business intelligence in its combined dimensions society (data collection, and analysis, adequacy of strategic techniques) at the level of statistical significance on the containment of damage (response) in commercial banks in the city of Amman, in addition to the existence and existence of a significant impact.

Statistical business intelligence with its combined dimensions (competitive intelligence, data collection, and analysis, adequacy of strategic techniques, business performance management) at a statistical significance level on the recovery of activity in commercial banks in the city of Amman, in addition to the existence of a statistically significant effect of business intelligence in its dimensions combined (competitive intelligence, adequacy of strategic techniques) at the level of statistical significance on learning from the crisis in commercial banks in Amman.

According to the results, the study recommended the necessity of paying attention to amendments to all services provided to customers by commercial banks in Amman, in order to achieve more benefits of using business intelligence.
