This study aims to know the attitudes of faculty members and students in the Department of Special Education towards the quality of education and to know the differences in their attitudes according to a number of demographic variables, which are for faculty members: gender, academic rank, and the number of years of experience.

For students, there are only the variables of gender and GPA.

The two researchers developed a scale to measure the attitudes of faculty members and students in the department, and it was presented to specialists with academic experience in quality, and the final study tool consists of four dimensions, which are the quality culture dimension that consists of 9 paragraphs, the quality of education that consists of 11 paragraphs, the administrative method in achieving quality that consists of 9 paragraphs, and the beneficiaries of quality that consists of 9 paragraphs.

The tool was distributed to (117) including (26) faculty members and (91) male and female students.

The results show that the general trend of faculty members and students towards quality in the department is positive and large, and the results show that there are no differences in the faculty members ’attitudes towards quality according to the variables (gender, academic rank, experience), and the results show no differences in trends.

For students, according to the gender variable, while there are differences in attitudes towards quality among students attributed to the GPA variable in favor of those with an acceptable GPA, and finally the results indicate the existence of differences in attitudes between faculty members and students in the Department of Special Education towards the quality of learning for the benefit of members
