And after: For this research is an easy and smooth part of my tagged message (Jurisprudential Choices of the Imam of the One through his Simple Interpretation - A Comparative Jurisprudence Study) through which I wanted to explain the jurisprudence of the Imam of the One because of the ence of a fiqh book for him - may God Almighty have mercy - and in this research I showed his jurisprudence through One topic, which is his choices in the financial rights of women and men, and I have shown that there are financial rights specific to the wife, and in return there are financial rights for the husband and these legislations are to pay harm to the aggrieved, and, praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds, and may God bless our master Muhammad and his family and companions as a whole.
