نفذت التجربة في مدينة الرمادي/ محافظة الانبار للموسمين 2009 و 2010 لمعرفة تأثير رش معلق الخميرة و عرق السوس و مركب الامينوكولنت بوتاسيوم في المحتوى الكيميائي لصنف العنبBlack Hamburg المربى بطريقة القمريات واجري التقليم الشتوي في منتصف كانون الثاني ولموسمي الدراسة وذلك بترك 8 قصبات اثمارية يحتوي كل منها على 15 عينا" مع ترك عدد من الدوابر التجديدية و بواقع برعمين، اضيفت الخميرة بالتراكيز 0 5 و 10 غم.
لتر-1 و مستخلص عرق السوس بالتراكيز 0 2 و 4 غم.
لتر-1 و مركب الامينوكولنت بوتاسيوم بالتراكيز 0 2 و 4 مل.
لتر-1 و بثلاثة مواعيد الاول قبل اسبوعين من التزهير و الثاني بعد اسبوع من العقد و الثالثة بعد اربعة اسابيع من الموعد الثاني.
صممت التجربة حسب بتصميم القطاعات الكاملة المعشاة بثلاثة مكررات بواقع كرمة واحدة لكل وحدة تجريبية و بذلك يكون عدد الكرمات الداخلة في التجربة 81 كرمة.
أظهرت النتائج حصول زيادة معنوية في محتوى الأوراق من العناصر الكبرى (N P K) و الكربوهيدرات وذلك عند الرش بالخميرة و مستخلص عرق السوس و مركب الامينوكولنت بوتاسيوم وقد حققت التراكيز العالية لعوامل الدراسة Y2 (10 غم.
لتر-1) L2 (4 غم.
لتر-1) و A2 (4 مل.
لتر-1) أعلى القيم للصفات ولموسمي الدراسة.
English Abstract
An experiment was conducted in Al-Ramadi city/ Al-Anbar province during the growing seasons 2009 and 2010 to investigate the effect of foliar spray with Yeast suspension, Licorice roots extract and Amino Quelant-K compound on chemical content of Black Hamburg grape berries.

Winter pruning was performed at the middle of January for both seasons by leaving 8 canes, each contains 15 buds.
Also, a few spurs of 2 buds were lifted a renewal spurs.
Study factors were spraying three concentrations of Yeast suspension (0, 5 and 10 g.
l-1), Licorice roots extract (0, 2 and 4 g.
l-1) and Amino Quelant-K (0, 2 and 4 ml.
l-1).
Treatment applications were performed at three times, the first was two weeks before flowering, the second was within one week after fruit set, meanwhile the third was after four weeks from the second one, Treatments were distributed in Randomized Completely Block Design (RCBD) a factorial experiment with three replicates.
Each vine represent a single experimental unit, therefore 81 vines were involved in this study.
Results revealed that macro elements (N, P, K) and carbohydrates in leaves were significantly increased by spraying with Yeast suspension, Licorice roots extract and Amino Quelant-K.
The highest concentrations of Yeast suspension (10 g.
L-1), Licorice roots extract (4 g.
l-1) and Amino Quelant-K (4 ml.
l-1) were gave the highest number of traits in both seasons.
