The research aimed to know the effect of the enrichment method in the collection and development of inferential thinking for fourth-grade middle school students when teaching history (the history of Islamic civilization).

The experiment.

The research sample randomly selected by the researcher reached (69) students, (35) for the experimental group and (34) students for the control group An objective achievement test of the multiple choice type, the number of which reached (40) items to measure achievement after the experiment, and the inferential thinking test prepared by (Al-Khazraji, 2007) was adopted to measure the development of inferential thinking, and the researcher reached the following results.
