Abstract EN

This research deals with the way of use the public that representative of the youth in the province of Baghdad for Iraq Electronic Journalism, and its impact on the political consciousness of the audience, and the research was used theory of uses gratification.

and the research aims to identify the extent of public exposure of the Internet in general and Electronic Journalism in particular and to identify of the extent of realized gratification from this exposure.

Also, to identify of the most important political issues that watched by the public through the electronic Journalism, and explain the extent of public interest in what is published by the electronic Journalism from political issues.

Then find out the extent of political awareness that achieved by the electronic Journalism for the public, So, this study was used a questionnaire was distributed to a systematic random sample of the public and the research has done its goals.
