The economic investment of endowment funds is a contemporary issue, although its origin has ben dealt with by scholars in the pest in terms of the reconstruction of the endowment and its investment.

Endowment in its current traditional form can not contribute to the development process because it does not meet the conditions of economic investment as defined by the specialists.

, , the aim of this research is participate even in part in clarifying the forms through which the endowment funds are invested and keep abreast of the new developments that distinguish contemporary economic, whether it is the mobilization of resources or employment.

This research talks about three contemporary images of the investment endowment, companies, funds and endowment instruments, and in accordance with sharia provisions and requirements of the contemporary economic investment concept.
