In this research we have dealt with the fundamental preferences in the most correct term because it is the most accurate according to Imam Zakariya al-Ansari (may God Almighty have mercy on him) in the book (The Purpose of Arrival in Explaining the Core of the Fundamentals) We have studied the issue of specialization in this book, and referred to the jurisprudential applications of this issue in order to be more important to the soul.
