Abstract EN

Researcher's name: Abdulhameed Abdulmajeed HakeemTitle of the study: Role of Educational Colleges in Improving Educational Outcomes.

Aims of the study: it aimed at detecting the reality of Educational Colleges in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, also it aimed at clarifying the need of improving educational outcomes, and it aimed to shows the prefect role of educational colleges.

Methodology of the study: Analytic Descriptive method was applied through describing the reality of educational and showing the need of improving educational outcomes then applying the process of analysis to get the prefect role of educational colleges.

Results of the study: 1- There was weak outcomes in programs, contents and methods of educational colleges.2- There wasn't a balance between the theoretical and applied content in preparing the teachers.3- Although there was weak outcomes in programs, contents and methods of educational colleges, developing was noticed to improving the programs, contents, using technology and developing skills to improving educational outcomes.

Recommendations: 1- Educational colleges should continue in evaluation process in perspective 21st century needs.

2- Educational colleges should present modern topics in additional essentials and specialized skills also ICT.3- Educational Ministry should encourage the teachers to participate in improving the programs of educational colleges through conducting researches, seminars and conferences that represent the teacher who live in educational field.
