Muhammad Taqi Al-Hakim addressed the fundamentalist views of the four Islamic schools of thought, comparing them with the followers of the Shi'ite school in the rules of the science of jurisprudence, and he began to evidence the four laws, as he dealt with the definition of the glorious book of God and the sayings on the authenticity of its phenomena, he refused to tell the two news Among the Shiites who denied the authentic phenomena of the Holy Quran.

Then he dealt with the topic of the Sunnah of the Prophet and said it includes the statement of the infallible imams: in addition to the noble Prophet, contrary to the statement of Islamic schools of thought from the Muslim public.

Then he dealt with the evidence of consensus, which he considered to be a revelation of the imam's infallible saying: It is not a separate guide himself, such as the Qur'an and Sunnah.

Finally, he dealt with the mental evidence and showed that the mind is able to derive legal rulings, in contradiction to that of the Shiite Al'iikhbariiyn.
