The topic of this research revolves around organizational change, as it is one of the important issues at the present time, as institutions live in dynamic environment conditions, the whole universe is in a state of constant change, and as the institution is an open system, so we must keep pace with developments in order to achieve the goals it seeks and ensure stability and growth Therefore, change has become an urgent requirement for all institutions.
Change is a planned and studied process that takes into account all aspects, and the aim of the research is to provide a framework for understanding and analyzing organizational change and its importance for institutions, The research was based on the analytical method, The most important conclusions of the research: Organizational change is an inevitable necessity and imperative for organizations to ensure their survival, as the changes and fluctuations that occur in the surrounding environment are characterized by movement and instability, in addition to that the human element is one of the most important resources of the organization as change works to improve its performance and raise His skills, and that one of the most important goals of organizational change is to raise the level of performance and modernity, to achieve growth, development and renewal, and to increase the institution's ability to deal and adapt to the surrounding environment.
