Conclusion of the research: I have conclude from this journey with thescientists in one of the items of Islamic fiqehas to the importance item which is (picked)and I have reached to the following: - The definition of the picked is one of theimportant item to the picker.

- The picked item is for the expensive itemnot the cheap one.

- The picker for the picked is important tobe defined for the gender of the picked.

- For the picker the right to take benefit forthe picked after defined it if there are noowner for the picked.

- The rise of the picked could be connectedfor the picked or generated from it likefat or not connected from it like plants andseparated from it like fruit of gain.

- The balanced opinion for the rise of thepicked after one year is to go back to theoriginal owner.

- If there are no witnesses for the pickedcould not be guaranteed if it spoiled.
