The Artook pride over all other ethnics, that the Messenger of God "PBUH" is one of them, just as Karbala taking pride over the rest of the world's cities, that it holds the sacred body of the grandson of the Great Messenger, the fifth of the "Ashab al-Kisa'a", and the master of the martyrs of this nation.

Therefore, God has honored this city to become a spot from Paradise.

Our research deals with locating the geographical area of the holy shrine of Imam Hussein according to the opinions listed in the sources.

Then, we reviewed a glimpse of famous people who were buried in the holy shrine of Imam Hussein, such as the Shiite scholars, clerks, and thinkers.

This motive was only an ideological incentive for the love of juxtaposition to Imam Al-Hussein to ensure wining the paradise on judgment day.

The research was divided into two time periods, the first was about people buried in the holy shrine of Imam Hussein from (247 AH / 861 AD) until the beginning of the Buwayhid era in (334 AH / 945 AD), and the second time period from the beginning of the Buwayhid era until the Seljuks rule in (447 AH / 1055 AD).
