The research dealt with the unemployment phenomenon in the governorate of Salah al din, in order to identify the problems and challenges that stand behind this phenomenon.

The study focused on the quantitative approach and descriptive and analytical methodology.

The study dealt with the definition of unemployment and its types.

What are the reasons behind this phenomenon and what is its effect on the community of conservation to reach a range of solutions that can address or reduce this phenomenon, and at the end of the research the researcher reached a number of conclusions and recommendations that the researcher hopes to achieve some benefit in achieving the development of the cities of our beloved country.
