The current research aims to identify the effectiveness of a training program based on the Schwartz model in developing deductive thinking among teachers of Islamic.
The researcher approved the design of the experimental group randomized selection with pre and post test in order to know the effectiveness of the training program in developing deductive thinking, the researcher prepared one tools to measure the variables of his research.
The second tool The deductive reasoning test, which consists of (26) paragraphs, the researcher verified his validity, distinction and consistency after presenting it to the arbitrators.
after analyzing the results statistically, the researcher reached the following: 1- There is a statistically significant difference at a significance level (0.05) between the mean scores of the experimental group teachers who studied using the program before and after the experiment in the deductive reasoning test.
the researcher concluded a set of conclusions, including: 1-The success of the training program based on the Schwartz model showed its impact on the development of the dependent variables that were selected according to it.2- The training program and the various strategies in it helped the trainees to identify modern strategies that would raise their in teaching.
the researcher recommended a set of recommendations, including: 1- Include in-service training programs for male and female teachers teaching skills to contribute to the development of their role.
As an extension to the research and to complete it, the researcher suggested conducting a number of studies, including: The effectiveness of teaching with the Schwartz model in achievement and deductive thinking among second-grade intermediate students in Islamic education
