The phenomenon of Vocalize is a reasoned linguistic phenomenon, with causes that helped to find it, goals that were found for it, and reasons that played a positive role in its appearance, and it is noticeable in the movement of voices that it tends in its process towards change and instability, in search of the easiest speech and the least effort, as we dealt with this.

The research is an introduction to the topic, then a definition of the Vocalize in terms of language and convention, and we defined the Vocalize in the Akkadian language, which seemed somewhat different from the Vocalize in the Arabic language.
