I have delt with in this research an important topic for the Malikis and others, which is the invocation of the work of the people of M people edina.

Because the Malikis consider it one of the evidence they invoke in many of their issues because they consider the work of the people of Medina an extension of the work of the Prophet, (may God's prayers and peace be upon him), whose work was established in it and the Sharia was completed and the religion was completed.

As for its importance to other schools of thought, it is that they do not consider it a binding argument in protest, which in turn leads to disagreement with The Malikis in many issues, and this enriches Islamic jurisprudence, and shows the tolerance, sobriety and power of the Sharia in goodness for every time and place, and also gives an opportunity for the jurists and scholars in our present times to draw from this Sharia over time through these blessed and discreet opinions, which can orb all the new incidents And new facts, as it shows the merit and status of the city of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, which was honored to dwell in the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, and was enlightened by his light and guided by his guidance and perfection of great goodness, for it was the good of the honored, and it was the source of rulings and the source of Sharia until the Day of Judgment.

The research has made an introduction, three demands and a conclusion.

The first requirement included an explanation of the vocabulary and meanings of the title vocabulary, the second in stating the opinion of Imam Malik, may God have mercy on him, in invoking the work of the people of Medina, and the third in explaining the opinion of the Malikis and their opponents from other sects, and an explanation of the evidence of each group in what he went to, and then a conclusion in which she showed what they had reached.
