Management is realized through its reliance on internal and external means, it plans, monitors as well as implements those goals by means of physical and human resources, so management is an active, continuous and integrated process that requires the ence of phenomena of administrative corruption and the treatment of reasons that lead to the lack of public benefit by finding effective solutions and means to get rid of Negative effects that affect efficiency and effectiveness of management.
