Abstract EN

This research aims to define the relationship between banking compliance and its reflection on the outstanding performance in the work environment.

For the purpose of achieving the research goals a hypothetical scheme has been built that defines the nature of the relationship between the independent variable represented by banking compliance and its dimensions (organizational context, leadership, planning, support, process, performance evaluation, improvement).

The adopted variable represented by the distinguished performance and its dimensions (the results of the product and the process, the results that focus on customers, the results that focus on the workforce, the results of leadership and governance, the financial and market results).

A major hypotheses were drawn from which a number of sub-hypotheses were derived.

and the research started from a problem expressed in a number of intellectual and applied questions and in order to achieve the goals of the research and verify the research credibility a questionnaire was prepared and distributed to a sample consisting of (4) banks.

as for the number of sample individuals, it reached (65) representing different administrative levels, the research adopted a set of statistical methods and from the most important are (simple and multiple correlation coefficient, test (t), linear regression coefficient, test (f), interpretation coefficient (r2), and path analysis).

The importance of this research lies in coming up with an intellectual origin of the nature of research variables based on the applied reality in the research banks and its ability to reach outstanding performance.

The research reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which (a correlation and impact relationship of significant significance between banking compliance and outstanding performance).

It is concluded that the research with a set of recommendations, the most prominent of which was the researched banks should understand the role and importance of banking compliance in implementing the guidelines to achieve their goals of survival and growth and meet the challenges in the long run to achieve outstanding performance in front of competitors.
