The public interest is the main purpose around which the work of the public service is supposed to revolve without competing with any special interests that contradict it because of the negative repercussions of this conflict on the normal functioning of these works, this highlights the need to develop and implement effective mechanisms to address the phenomenon of conflict of interest in the public service in a manner that protects it from the effects of that conflict, and represents a preventive gateway to prevent the spread of manifestations of corruption in all its forms.
