فاعلية إستراتيجية التفكير البصري في زيادة الاستقلال المعرفي و التحصيل في الفيزياء لدى طلاب الصف العاشر الأساسي

Abstract EN

The study aimed to determine the effectiveness of visual thinking strategy in increasing Cognitive Autonomy and achievement of physics for the 10th grade students.

The sample of the study consisted of (40) students.

Conventional teaching method and visual thinking method were applied.

To collect the data; cognitive Autonomy scale and the physics achievement test were used.

The results showed that there were statistically significant differences at the level (α = 0.05) between the experimental group and the control group in cognitive Autonomy and achievement, in favor of the experimental group.

Implications and recommendations were suggested for educational stakeholders and researchers in regards to the application of curricula and teaching methods.
